Conservation Easements for Tax Credits

Generally speaking, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Recreational, and many other property zoned otherwise may be able to offer government and other  environmentally-concerned entities the opportunity to place an easement on their property, in exchange for tax credits, based on the diminution in value.  The great value to the owner, in addition to the Tax Credits, is the continued use of the Property, as they always had, even after the easement is placed.  It is a win for the Environment and a win for the Client!  However, this opportunity and process requires the expertise of an attorney fluent in this area, as it entails working with specialized individuals and groups from several public and private entities, government regulations, the Internal Revenue Service Code, and meticulously detailed documentation to expedite the best return and experience for the Client.

Investments Law & Private Placement Memoranda ("PPM's")

Settlements for Minors (aka "Guardianship of the Property") is also an area of law Guardian Law is frequently retained for its expertise in Financial Instruments to better protect and provide Financial freedom for minors receiving settlements from injury or death of a loved one.  Simply put, unless you're trained and experienced in that realm, you do not know what is available to the child.
